Members, Please note that when you file a grievance at Boeing, the HR rep will tell you that even though you have been wronged, they cannot do what's right because of the precedent that will be made.
Please note that within each settlement made, there is a Non-Precedent setting statement buried in the fine print. They cannot have it both ways, if the second assertion is correct, and I have been told by our Business Rep that it is indeed the case, then there is no harm for the Company to do what is right and decide in your favor. Don't let yourself get pushed around by the handlers.

Internet Fraud, Protect yourself. (August 6, 2006)

Internet fraud is a continuing problem for all. Here are some resource sites of interest for staying safe. All references below were obtained from the LA. Times Print of Sunday August 6th real Estate section.

If you suspect your a victim of internet fraud or crime, go to www.ic3.gov this is a complaint center for Internet Crime. It is a partnership of FBI and the National White Collar crime Center which collects complaints, develops the information and refers allegations to the proper authorities when necessary.
A Consumer Advocacy website recommended by the FBI, www.lookstoogoodtobetrue.com for prevention tips, real life stories and suggested tests you can use to see if you are vulnerable. You Can also order a free DVD about fraud prevention produced by the US Postal Inspection Service.
